I am Chef Shirel Dana, a professional pastry chef and educator with thousands of baking students around the world through my international online baking community.
Originally from Brazil, I made Aliyah to Israel 8 years ago, where I built my pastry business and continue teaching and creating in the field of professional baking.
Through my online community, I teach baking techniques, recipes and creative methods to students from many countries, helping them develop their skills and confidence in the kitchen.
With MasterCake Kids, I bring this same passion for creativity and learning to children, creating a warm and structured environment where kids bake, create and develop confidence through hands-on experience.

Hello, I’m Viktoria.
Since I was a child, I’ve loved bringing joy and giving to others through creativity, baking, and cooking.
Alongside my love for pastry and cooking, I have a deep love for children, guiding them and supporting them along the way. It’s important to me that every child feels comfortable, receives personal attention, and enjoys the process just as much as the desserts they create.
I believe that baking is much more than a recipe, it’s an experience of creativity, imagination, and personal expression. From this love, the pastry workshops for children, MasterCake Kids, were born, where learning, creativity, and lots of fun come together.
I invite you to join a sweet, creative, and joyful experience!
